Introduction LO3 My perspective of partnership working in health and social care is that it is the foundation of building great practice and the current reflection of the healthcare field shows many shortcomings in upholding partnership working theories in practice. Below is my observation on the outcomes of partnership working and the effects it has on different stakeholders.  “ Partnerships can achieve greater outcomes than individuals or organisations acting alone. Partnerships achieve increased benefits because they share expertise, skills and resources.
